As a school teacher, Play Attention's founder, Peter Freer, was concerned that no tools or programs were available to help children with ADHD. He watched them struggle and often fail due to lack of focus and skills necessary to learn.
Freer began researching attention training and found that NASA was using feedback based technology to improve astronaut performance on flight simulator training.
Play Attention can also be used to improve athletic performance and focus for children and adults. Cognitive Coaching has helped Olympic athletes, as well as others, to improve their skills within their chosen sport. Play Attention measures brain activity through Body Wave® technology and presents immediate feedback to the user in a video-game format.
